The current site is a free, pre-launch information service. It does not provide user accounts, execution, custody, portfolio management, paid subscriptions or personalised advisory services.

Falnos content is general market research and educational information prepared for a public audience. It does not take account of your objectives, financial situation, knowledge, experience or needs.

Nothing on the site is a personal recommendation, an offer, a solicitation, a guarantee or a substitute for advice from an appropriately authorised professional. Read the research disclaimer before relying on any market analysis.

You may access, read, link to and make reasonable personal or internal-business use of the public site.

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious material, evade security controls, scrape at a volume that impairs service, or present Falnos content in a misleading context.

Unless stated otherwise, Falnos owns or licenses the site design, brand assets, original research, written content, graphics, code and compilation of materials.

Quotation for criticism, review, education or news reporting must be fair, limited, properly attributed and consistent with applicable law. Commercial republication, resale, systematic redistribution or removal of attribution requires prior written permission.

Early-access submissions must be accurate and must not include information about another person without authority. Joining the list does not guarantee access, allocation, a launch date or continued availability.

Personal information is handled under the privacy notice.

Research and the contextual assistant may refer to third-party data, publications, websites or services. Those materials remain subject to their own rights, terms, availability and methodology. AI-assisted interpretations may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be checked against the original sources.

A link or citation supports transparency and does not imply endorsement, control or responsibility for the third party. You should verify material information at the original source.

Falnos may change, suspend, withdraw or restrict any part of the pre-launch site without notice. Market information may be updated or corrected when needed.

There is no promise that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your place of residence.

Falnos may update these terms as the site develops. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be made visible before they apply.
