Effective nowEffective 17 October 2026
This notice explains the information Falnos handles through the website, market-data dashboard, contextual research assistant, early access and optional analytics, including why it is used and the choices available to you.
Your choice remains central. Early-access messages and optional analytics use separate affirmative choices, and either choice can be withdrawn.
Section 01
Falnos operates falnos.com and is the controller of the personal information described in this notice.
Privacy questions and data-rights requests can be sent to privacy@falnos.com. The registered legal-entity details and postal contact will be added before public launch.
Section 02
The early-access form collects your email address, selected primary interest, consent record and receipt time. First name and audience role are optional.
When you allow first-party analytics, Falnos may collect the page path, event type, approved content labels, broad device-size category, browser language and the hostname of an external referrer. Search phrases, query strings, names and email addresses are excluded from analytics records.
When you use the Falnos Intelligence assistant, the question you submit, the selected instrument and chart range, and a limited amount of the conversation you choose to continue are processed to prepare the response. The conversation is held in the current browser session and is not saved to a Falnos user-account history. The assistant is optional; please do not submit personal, confidential or special-category information.
Limited technical request information may be processed temporarily to secure forms and analytics endpoints, validate requests, detect duplicates and apply rate limits. The assistant applies a short-lived in-memory per-IP request limit; this is not used as an analytics or advertising identifier.
Please do not send sensitive or special-category information through the early-access form or research assistant.
Section 03
We rely on your early-access consent to send product updates, launch news, invitations and relevant product-feedback opportunities.
We rely on your separate analytics choice to measure broad website use, research discovery, reading engagement and completed early-access conversion. Optional analytics remains off until you allow it and can be withdrawn through Privacy settings.
We rely on legitimate interests to operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, maintain accurate records and improve reliability. We also process the question and selected market context you submit to provide the requested assistant response, applying data minimisation and request limits.
We may process information where necessary to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. The assistant does not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Section 04
Joining early access does not create an account, paid subscription, advisory relationship or entitlement to a particular launch date or feature.
You can withdraw communication consent at any time by using the unsubscribe method provided in a message or by contacting privacy@falnos.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it was withdrawn.
Your communication choice and analytics choice are separate. Changing one does not automatically change the other.
Section 05
The website stores your privacy preference locally so it can respect the choice on later pages. Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals force optional analytics off.
Falnos first-party analytics does not use a persistent visitor identifier, advertising profile or cross-site tracking. Production collection also remains disabled until an approved secure receiver is configured.
Section 07
Some approved service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, Falnos will use an applicable adequacy arrangement or appropriate contractual and organisational safeguards before production collection is enabled.
Section 08
Early-access records are kept until consent is withdrawn or for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is required for a legal reason.
Individual analytics event records are intended to be retained for no longer than 13 months. Aggregated, non-identifying reports may be retained for longer to compare research and product performance over time.
Local development test records should be removed when testing ends and no later than 90 days after collection. Short-lived security and rate-limit data expire automatically or are removed according to operational schedules. Falnos does not maintain a server-side assistant conversation history.
If AI mode is enabled, the question and context sent to Anthropic are subject to the provider's published API retention policy. Anthropic states that standard API inputs and outputs are deleted within 30 days, subject to exceptions including legal requirements, policy enforcement and different contractual arrangements. Check the linked provider notice for current terms.
Section 09
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to processing. You also have an absolute right to object to direct marketing and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
Falnos does not use early-access or analytics information to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Section 10
Contact privacy@falnos.com first so that Falnos can investigate and respond.
You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Its current complaint routes are available on the ICO website.
Section 11
This notice may change as the product, legal entity, suppliers and public service develop. Material changes will be shown through a new effective date and, where appropriate, communicated directly to early-access members.
