Optional analytics by choiceEffective 17 October 2026
Falnos stores one essential first-party preference record. Optional first-party analytics remains off until a visitor actively allows it and can be switched off again at any time.
Section 01
Falnos does not use advertising, behavioural-profiling or cross-site tracking technologies. Optional first-party analytics is available only after a visitor actively allows it through the privacy-preferences panel.
Production analytics collection remains disabled unless Falnos deliberately enables the server-side collection switch and connects an approved secure storage destination.
Section 02
| Name | Technology | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| falnos-privacy-preferences | First-party local storage | Stores the consent version, essential status, optional analytics choice and the time the choice was updated. | Until browser storage is cleared or the consent version changes. |
Section 03
When allowed, the website may record page views and completed early-access submissions.
Records may include the page path, event type, permitted content labels, broad device-size category, browser language and the hostname of an external referrer. Search phrases, query strings, names and email addresses are not collected through analytics.
The analytics design does not create a persistent visitor identifier and does not store raw IP addresses or browser user-agent strings in the event record. Limited request information may be processed temporarily for security and rate limiting.
Section 04
No analytics request is sent until you select Allow analytics. Selecting Essential only keeps optional measurement off. You can reopen Privacy settings at any time and change the choice.
When the browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, Falnos keeps optional analytics off even if an earlier stored preference allowed it.
Section 05
The preference record is needed to remember and respect the choice you requested. It does not track activity across websites, build an advertising profile or identify you across visits for analytics reporting.
Section 06
Use the Privacy settings control on the website to change optional analytics. You can remove the preference record completely by clearing site data or local storage for falnos.com through your browser settings.
Blocking or removing the item does not prevent access to the website or other pages.
Section 07
Falnos will update this notice and the preference controls before introducing a new analytics provider, advertising technology, marketing cookie or materially different measurement purpose.
Section 08
Questions about cookies, device storage or analytics can be sent to privacy@falnos.com.
